Cancellation
You cancel yourself, in the dashboard, in three clicks: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. No forced retention, no agent to talk to, no mandatory reason form.
You get the receipt immediately by email. Access continues until the end of the cycle you already paid for.
After cancellation a database constraint blocks any new charge from being issued. It is code, not policy — if a charge somehow happens, it is detected and refunded automatically.
Price and increases
Price is locked by contract. Any increase requires 30 days notice and your explicit acceptance.
Without acceptance the old price stands, or you can leave with no penalty.
You are warned at 80% and 100% of your event quota, before any overage is billed. If you exceed it we keep collecting your events — we never drop data for commercial reasons.
Refunds
Eligibility and deadline appear in the dashboard before you ask, not after.
Tracking is visible in your account: requested, under review, approved, processing, refunded.
If you are not eligible, we explain exactly why.
Privacy and data protection
IP addresses are never stored in the clear — only a salted hash.
Email and phone, when provided, leave only as SHA-256 hashes.
Denied consent blocks server-side forwarding. Server-side tracking is not a loophole around consent.
Roles: you are the controller of your visitors data; City Group LTDA, operating FidFy, is the processor.
You can export or delete your data from the dashboard, and you see exactly what will be removed before confirming.
What does not exist yet
Official Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads integrations: in development.
Automatic reconciliation and refund conversion adjustment: in development.
Email password recovery: in development. Until then support resets it manually.
This section exists because a platform selling trust in data cannot hide what is still missing.
Status and incidents
Every service state is at status.fidfy.app, updated automatically and hosted outside the main infrastructure.
